Khandaker Zahin Ahsan

Mr. Ahsan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Zicklin School of Business, CUNY Baruch College, New York, and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Indus International School, Bengaluru.

He began his career at Comilla Spinning Mills Ltd., gaining hands-on experience in operations, quality control, and sales within Bangladesh’s textile and apparel industry—an experience that provided valuable insight into the country’s industrial and economic landscape.

As Director of United Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Ahsan contributes to strategic initiatives that promote inclusive and sustainable financial growth. He focuses on advancing responsible financing practices, fostering innovation, and strengthening governance within the financial services sector. Through his roles on the Boards of United Insurance Company Limited (UICL) and United Securities Ltd., he also supports the Group’s broader efforts toward digital transformation and long-term value creation.

Mr. Ahsan also serves on the Board of United Securities Ltd., where he contributes to investment advisory and portfolio development, focusing on blue-chip equities and data-driven market analysis to support sustainable financial growth.
